IT WORKS.
Ok I had a SATA 320, and a IDE 120. Well The IDE wasn't an option because I either had to decide between IDE and HD. So I went with IDE and tried sata but for some really odd reason my SATA drive is not bootable. However I was at my internship today and we were working on it (2 1/2 hours took us to figure it out) so he went go grab a HD from the display up front, I did it worked on a 160 SATA. So i was going buy that till I saw the 250 SATA. For 4 bucks more all specs same.
So yea it works
installing all my software and configuring at this very moment
