Enable dual core on CS

I was wonding. how do i enable dual core for CS. I have Intel 3.3GHZ with HT enable. I saw a video once with the guy with dual core is it possable

The only thing I can suggest is to upgrade the video drivers for your video card. They may have some special fixes and features if you haven't got them already that may make games perform better on Dual Core CPU's.
