Unfortunately, reporting someone on ebay is like tattle telling i've found out. I went through there little system of reporting and, to my distaste they simply told me,
"don't send any vital information to this person" and, "if you've been compromised, please see the following links"

I recognize some of the links such as the FBI, and other places, but, this has happened to me before, roughly a year ago i told a phone which, wasn't picked up after two days and the person via email fed me stories after I sent the money orders over seas through western union. After the first two I stopped, now, one of my accounts has gone negative for oh, 1,500 bucks

I actually called the FBI office in my state, and they basically said, things outside of the U.S. are out of there jurisdiction and atleast it wasn't in the couple thousand, most people keep cashing and sending money into higher numbers, once the amount charges back they sit back and question everything but it's too late.
