Too true.. I've had some bad experiences with EA Customer Support, especially when trying to sort out some issues I had with BF1942 and NFS: Hot Pursuit 2. This guy made the phone call I've always wanted to make

EA was good till they focused on sports games. After EA Sports, they went downhill. I remember they made a good game for Sega Genesis called Immortal. They just assume a sports game slapped together, people will buy it no matter what.
