ha, they should definitely do that.

• people banned = buy another copy = more money
• less work to moderate the forums = less labor
• new opportunity for someone else to start a forum for EA games = not their problem
• EA is HUGE, I don't think people are just going to ignore their games, don't they have an exclusive contract with both the NBA and NFL?

Unlikely. Seriously, i go one a few forums and I hear lots EA hate. However these people are still purchasing games like Crysis, Red Alert 3 and the next Need For Speed game.

EA is like the Microsoft of the gaming industry. EA can do what they want, people will still b**tch and complain about, however at the end of the day, people still buy thier products.

Its called the Customer Service department. Sheesh have a little respect Apok, it ain't easy coming up with new innovative ways of ****ing customers off.

Get it right. It's call Customer Management. Customer Service or Customer Support actually sounds like you are suppose to "Help" you.
