I am using a 1920x1080 22" LED TV through HDMI as my main screen with an ATI Radeon HD 6770. I just added a 15" CRT monitor at 1024x768 through a DVI to VGA adapter. My issue is that whenever I have something like a video or even a visualization from a media player maximized, whether fullscreen or not, my 2nd monitor gets these odd black bars flashing horizontally across it. They are usually centered at the same level of whatever part of the 1st monitor has a moving graphic. Sometimes they go away for a few minutes, but they always come back. Can anyone help?
