Dual Core - core speed in CPUZ...

i have dual core e2180 - 2.0Ghz...

in cpuz its showing under core speed 2000MHz and 1200MHz, it keeps changing between two values... and also look at the core voltage....

what that means?

It's called Speedstep I think. Anyway, when your CPU isn't under a load, it drops the multiplier and voltage to conserve energy and lower temperatures. You may be able to disable it in the bios.
 
The setting is called EIST if you want to disable it. It's best to leave it enabled if you're not overclocking though.
