For something like this I wouldn't be looking for quality, I would be looking at price You could probably find another upgrade you can make that will benefit you much more than a monitor, but it is awesome plaing any game or watching any movie on a 24". Downloaded movies arn't that great, however, because most of the time it's not full screen. When it is it's all pixelated and such. More for DVDs unless you can get great downloaded movies.
