Hi all, hoping one of you can get me out of a frustrating dead end loop.
I have tried to install something. It was supposed to be plug and play, but it wasn't recognised by windows 10. Updated it, no avail. Dug around and installed the device drivers. However, the device I've tried to install is not fully speaking to the OS. On looking at device manager, there is drivers installed in 'other devices' that have an exclamation, I have tried to uninstall these, update them, etc, etc and they keep coming back, and I think they are causing a conflict and therefore the dvice to not operate correctly. Anyone know how I can delete these? Thank you in advance!

Need specs of the machine, and a screenshot of device manager showing these devices that are not installed properly. Also need to know what you're trying to install from the beginning.

Hello, thank you for the reply!
Here is the system specs:

BaseBoard Product P8P67-M

BaseBoard Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer INC.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

System Type x64-based PC

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home

I'm trying to install a DJ controller, a Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3

The drivers with the exclamation show this:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I've tried updating and deleting.

Cheers,
John
