Driver CD

I was wondering would it be possible to make a driver DVD. That has SP2 all your drivers for everything? DLing SP2 and such after reformat can be really annoying.

its called slipstreaming

you patch service packs together with your OS of choice.

If the data is more than 700 mb, then all you would do is create a bootable DVD rather than CD.

Problem I've run into though with this is if for example you're currently use Windows XP with SP1 ... the key doesnt work with the slipstreamed XP with SP2.

Do you just DL the drivers onto a DVD? or a CD? What be it? Chances are i'l just do it on a DVD.

no ... do a search on Slipstreaming and you should find steps on being able to combine your drivers and SP2 with XP.
