DRAM refresh failure

I have a FIC AM37 Motherboard. Amd AthlonXP 2400 processer, 1x256mb pc2700 ram, 40gb maxtor hd(ide), Geforce 5200 agp video card, generic cd burner. I have not replaced any parts recently or any new updates. I turned the computer on the other day and all it did was beep. One beep long pause one beep again. I have tried different memory,processor,power supply,video card. Finally i found a website that said it was a DRAM refresh failure. Can this be fixed and how or will i have to replace something. BTW the sticker on the motherboard says Phoenix Bios.

try swaping out ram, if that dont work its probably a bad mobo.

Okay.I already swapped the ram with working ram. I guess the mobo is bad. Thanks!!!

Is the Ddr ram brand new?

I took it out of a computer it was working in. It originally was in this computer. When it stopped working i put it in my other computer,it worked so i put it back in the bad one and it didn't work. I works for days with no errors.
