Download not working strang issue

I have a strange issue, on a site there is a file for download, on one computer it downloads fine its an xls file, on the other computer if you try to download, same file from same site its trys to download it as a zip file and the file is not in the zip file.

Any suggestions on what I can look at to fix it, both computers are on the same network, same internet are both looking to the same page to download the file.
