Download From Evernote?

So, I'm at a cross roads here. I find Evernote far better to use for note taking with a phone/computer relationship than Google Docs because Evernote syncs TO the phone, so when I have no signal and I need to pull up a command I had written down in there, I can regardless of signal or wifi range. Google Docs requires an internet connection to utilize.

However, I'm anal with backups. I love how I can export everything to a .zip in Google Docs and throw it on my file server and not worry about anything. I'm trying to find out if I can do this on Evernote. Does anybody know if it's possible? I see a print option... but that's it...
