Sadly i do seem to be a magnet for irritating people, some i can deal with some i cant

When I was a freshmen I thought I had that prob, but it turn out to just be me having a poor attitude. Next year things changed, guy came up and did the exact same thing he used to set me off with, I laughed it off and he didn't hold a grudge, shook his hand and became a friend. I'm not saying its similar, but its interesting how things can change with a change in perception.

Dude, start rumors about it, do what he does to you but 10X's worse. Find anything out about him and use it against him. He will soon get preoccupied defending himself from your rumors he wont both you anymore and if he does seriously, catch him off school property. Rough him up bit, make an allabi on where you were and go get some ice cream.
