TP-Link says to use port 21. And it does work now. I got some one from the UK to download a file and time it.
It's a bit slow as the upload side of my tier is supposed to be 2mb but it's just 1.47mb. I'm going to call ATT today and see if they can kick up my upload speed.
Other than that, I'm good.
