Im currently at college and i want something to increase my wireless reception, the main campus is where the better wireless networks are. Right now i just run my laptop off the wireless from the floors below me (i goto college in the city). I saw this but for some reason i think its bs, i need something to give me a good amount of reception, and i dont want something big like a cantenna lol. What do you guys think of this thing?

At 802.11G speeds it's the same standard as all high powered equipment (100mw). It may claim 10X difference but you will see nowhere near that improvement (This measurement could easily be true in output power {mw}, however this does not directly translate into range)
