Do you find the internet stressful?

Cyberbullying is pretty stressful but thankfully I haven't experienced those in years.
It's kinda stressing though when you just have to keep checking your facebook and news sites all the time.

i can just browse whatever dodgy crap i like, anything dodgy tries to get onto my PC avast blocks it and navigates me away from the page

I think internet itself is not stressful, but the websites.
Think about ebay. You have no money and there's something expensive you really do want. Seeing the item getting bought by someone, argh.

That's why I never browse eBay just to see what I can buy. I go there for a specific item, and that item only. That approach can help a lot with your wallet and stress levels.
