i was actually wondering the same thing
me and a friend were wanting to head to CC for some speakers

So I just called circuity city [theres 2 around here, but the other one refuses to answer the phone] and a lady promptly answers the phone with "CircuitCity, how may I direct your call!" so I say computers, as I'm looking for an 8800GT, and so I sit there on hold for 14 minutes.. and FINALLY someone picks up.. its the same lady, and she asks me... "how may I direct your call"

Never before have I been so angry.
