divx problems

i have down loaded a divx movie (the royal tennenbaun) when i play this on divX player alpha it plays great. but when i use tmpgenc to change to vcd and there is no sound at all. i know that i must have something ticked or unticked that shouldn't be any clues ? please

umm ... tick everything... that usually helps for me haha ya but i dunno try doing a yahooo search usually helpss me with those kinda probs
