they could just pump money into it and not disrupt the ideas and it would be great

they could demand a 99% change of the company and it'd be horrible

I highly doubt it will be the latter. I believe they will let Marvel operate as normal, maybe drop some violence in their movies, but they are interested in marketing the creative talent that already exists. That's my take on it.
