Difficulty w/ TV PC installing Net framework 4.6.2

I said a few times before, fresh install. Stop cloning.

I've never tryed to obtain a fresh copy of windows7 or any OS. how is this done w/ one OS drive already is it saved to that same drive an have 2 OS on one drive?
then after down load maybe burn it to a DVD?
. any tips is appreciated.

The way I clone a drive is to use MiniTool Partition Wizard. I've used it to clone a Windows drive while the PC was running. Never had a failure.

all previous clones where w/ Samsung data migration all successful.

I DL the tool
the image burn to create a DVD then I see nothing in downloads for todays date 4-24-024

yhen read about activating.

I never activated the cloned copy I use on the Dell.

I just don't know how to.
