Dictation ability

I need some assistance, please! Can anyone tell me if the technology is currently available to create Digital Dictation into a PDA or similar device that can be easily converted to text or better yet a word document? This would save time and hopefully could assist in rapidly transferable email messages after meetings.

You might want to try Dragon Natrually Speaking They are premier in dictation software and my have a PDA option
