Dell Motherboard pinout switch??

hello i have a dell motherboard with a pentium 4 478 socket. i dont know what type of dell motherboard it is but i have managed to find a pic of what it looks like here: it says it a dell dimension 4600 but im not sure

the problem is that i dont know what the pinouts are for the HDD Led, Power switch etc.. and was wondering if any could tell me?

also what is the minuim watts psu for a pentium 4 as well?

if you dont know the model of dell desktop look on the motherboard and try to find a serial number , the google the seriel nimber and identify the motherboard type , then google , motherboard name and pinouts

psu depends on other components e.g. how many hard drives and how many and what type of vid cards you have
