Dell laptop screen problem

Hi i have screen problems on Dell laptop IT working but screen IS flickering Lines and have inverted colours on screen
IT is screen or cable problem or something like that ?
And screen IS blured Can see on logo

Are you sure this is a screen problem? I personally doubt that.
If possible, open some a specific web page where are both, ie text and at least one image and take a screenshot. Do not photograph, use for exaple a Snipping Tool or something similar and post it here or somewhere else.

Ok here IS IT i try to reinstal All graphics drivers and Windows too.

In the screen shot it is normal and on second monitor too

Move the screen back and forth on the laptop, if the colors get funky again, it is most likely the cable between the motherboard and the screen.

Remove all added accessories, as well as the added second screen - in short, leave only the essentials.
Make sure you have the correct disply driver and also that all the connections are good. Remember, that the latest driver is not always the best. If possible, use drivers recommended by the computer producer and do not replace them with any updated generic drivers as long as the producer recommends.
Of course you can buy a new display, but my personal opinion is that this is not a disply problem and replacing display also is not the solution. But this is only my opinion.
Maybe you want to tell which computer and display it is and when and how the problem occurred?

Maybe the problem is in the GPU. Please connect with an external monitor then see the monitor is ok. If it is okay, you have to change the display.. but if not, there is a problem in the operating system..
