Deleted my partition and now I cant reformat my hard drive

I get an error stating "Window is unable to find a system volume that meets its criteria for installation"

I tried goolging but it was no help at all. Any suggestions or help?

After playing with my bios setting, disabling and enable my sata, it finally worked. Delete this thread please. Thank you
