decrypted dvd files

if i let my friend borrow my backed-up copy of a movie, is there anyway i could prevent them from ripping the files to his computer? a program maybe, or a setting on dvdecypter/shrink

Uh no. If you bootlegged it using DVD decrypter or shrink or anything at all. then no unless of course you have a copyright....which wasn't taken off by dvd shrink or decrypter...

The only thing that will prevent him from copying the dvd to his computer is two things..

One:
Trust,, he knows it's wrong so he wont do it..

Two:
Dont give him the dvd..
