CTX Ez Book 700 series laptop

I need to clear the CMOS on this. Any one know how? A disgruntled employee fdisked the drive, & then put a password on the bios. & it's set right now not to look to the floppy drive first. Any suggestions. CTX's web site is very much lacking. Though we've lost the information on it already, there's someone
in the office who could really use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it did & didn't. It didn't show or tell how to short battery setup, but it's much more than i got on my own. Thanx
