Crreating folders

M question is how can I create a directory to have a Index of/ type of interface?

that is on a webserver, you need a web server with directory browe rights given to the user.

apache web server is free, but hard to learn if you are new to it. Google apache and go to their site. If read and re-read all the details you can learn how to use it, and learn how to run it. Otherwise you might just sign up for a free webhosting service. Just cfheck to see if the allow dir browsing.
