Creating a Working Form

How do you create a form that accepts information (such as an order form) that submits the information to an e-mail account upon the user clicking the "Submit" button? I have the HTML worked out, but, from what I can make out, something called CGI is needed to make it happen, and you need some PHP file. I don't know how to program that.

You need to have PHP on your web server. It's usually provided by your webhost. Then you need to program a page to process the data using PHP (or any other web language) like you said. If you don't know how to do this, there are tutorials online at w3schools.com or you can hire someone to do it for you.
