CPU not starting up - Just blinks

Is there any light on the Mobo? usualy theres a little light on the motherboard. Take a look and see.

i dont know if its the same lights i am thinking, but the only lights i see on mobos when its turned off/on are usually nForce chipsets lights.

Hey guys!
Thanks all for your help. Recently my laptop had crashed too, so i dont have any internet.

Anyway, i got my desktop fixed and the problem turns out to be a faulty motherboard. I took the time to come back to thank you guys for helping me out and also to leave a record for when someone encounters the exact same problem.

dangit you already figured it out... i knew it was the motherboard from the first post.. ha
