cpu and motherboard combos - help please-

Hello everyone,
I have a number of motherboards
And number of processors (attachd in the list below)

I would be happy and appreciate if you could please help me with some questions:

1) The first question is:
If you can please perform
Ranking list of the most powerful processors and powerful motherboards The strongest from the strongest to the weakest ..

2) The second question is:
If you can please perform
Ranking list of the newest processors and newest motherboards (in terms of their year of manufacture) from the newest year to the oldest year

3) The third question is what is the best combination of a powerful processor and a powerful board would you combine together?
I would love if you can please make a best combination list of boards and processors from strongest combination to weakest combination from the list of processors and boards I have attached here in the post.

just google each CPU/mobo with the keywords "socket" and then "Manufacturing date" Or the word "specs" so for example " E2160 PENTIUM specs" I don't know of anyone who is going to sit here and research those for you...
 
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS4 And Q6600 or E8400 depending on if there is overclocking involved or not.


are you sure that GA-P35-DS4
is better than
GIGABYTE GA EP-43UD3L or the
INTEL DG41TY
?

and what do you mean by the "depending on if there is overclocking involved or not" ?
