Converting HDMI to VGA and HDMI

Hi,
I am trying to convert the hdmi output on a sky hd box to vga and hdmi. I want the hdmi cable into my tv and the vga in to a vga projector so i can get hd on both the tv and projector. would somebody tell me how i would do this.

First I hope the projector and tv have the same resolution otherwise this won't work. If they are the same you can use these splitters/converters.

And then you need a hdmi and vga cable to go to the tv and the projector.
