Connection issues

I am having issues with 3 computers in our warehouse. They were working fine, and we had some people move them, now they will not connect to the internet. The odd thing is that the NIC cards have connectivity lights, but they will not connect to the internet or our system. I could see if there were no lights, but it's lit up back there. I've tried the usual IT stuff, like release/renew ip address, or changed cables, etc. But what could it be?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
