Connecting to the Internet?

Hello all...
Just re-installed my operating system (Windows XP Media Center) to my Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop. I have a computer (which I'm typing this from) that is connected to our cable modem. I use a linksys to connect my laptop to the internet.

Now that I've re-installed Windows and installed drivers, how do I connect to the internet? I went to Start>Run>services.msc and turned on Wireless Zero Configuration Services, but still nothing. This worked last time I restored my computer two years ago...but didn't this time.

What do I do??
