every other computer in my office network have connection to the internet but i dont.
My computer can ping the Router but cannot connect to the internet.
If i repair the connection, i will be prompted to get ip automatically if i activate this option, the internet will be rstored and later disconnect. This has been on for some time.
Is there any permannet solution this problem?

I'm no expert on networking by far, but it sounds like a DHCP issue to me if you can ping the router. Are you able to share any network resources with that machine?

for example share a drive on a PC that can connect and try to connect to it with the PC who cannot go online.

DHCP is the routers ability to dynamically hand out IP addresses, you may be able to manually set IP addresses on your machines and assign them on the router

Hi.
Is it xp or windows 7, i have seen this problem in windows vista,
try update the latest drivers for wireless network.or may be try with new usb wireless network.
that should sorted out where the problem is, and do the DNS Flush
