Connecting to A US sever

Hi guys,

Well I have this problem:

I lived in the US but now I moved to europe, germany.
The problem is that I started an Internet rpg(lineage2) in the US
and since I am in Germany now, when I want to connect to the server my ping is really bad. Since I know a lot of people from the community there though, it would be very sad for me if I had to switch the server or even a diferent game.

I have T-dsl here in germany. Has anybody an idea how I could improve my ping, other than reducing the ingame settings(that's what I did already)?

What kind of latencies did you get, and what are you getting now? The real problem is that the large distance that has to be covered increases the latency.

Before I came to europe the server showed a latency of 90. Now it's 220.

Yeah my question goes more in the direction if anybody knows how I either could configure my connection to get better access to America, or some software that allows accelerated speed to particular servers. But legal please, don't want to run into any problems.
