The System Information shows the following in the Hardware Resources part...
how can I solve the Conflicts/Sharing part..is there any difference in
performance if there is any conflict or sharing?
IRQs 11 and 12 are free...why aren't they used?

IRQs-->
IRQ Device

0 System timer
1 Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural Keyboard
2 Programmable interrupt controller
3 Communications Port(COM2)

It's normal for PCI devices to share IRQs. Windows uses a process called IRQ steering to control which device uses an IRQ at any given time. You shouldn't notice a difference in performance when devices share IRQs, but if you're concerned, you can try assigning specific IRQs to each device in your BIOS (if it supports it). It should be under the PnP section or something similar.

Exactly. Should be no problem at all, Ever since Win 2k, IRQ problems are pretty much a thing of the past.

Don't have any probs but was just concerned if the sharing would cause anything bad to the system ...when I assign a IRQ to the graphics card from the setting Assign IRQ to VGA from the BIOS ...all the higher IRQs change again...is there any problem with that...?

Most devices don't care which IRQ they have, as long as they've got one. Generally it's not something you have to be too concerned about these days, as Windows seems to do quite a good job of sorting things out on its own.
