confirming rebuild compatability

Due to cost constraints I've had to reassess my rebuild. I would like to confirm the below hardware is compatable. It not exactly what I had hoped for but it is saving $400.

MB- ASUS P8Z77 V Pro LGA 1155, North Bridge, DDR3, dual channel, PCI X 3.0

CPU- Intel i5 2500K LGA 1155, Sandy Bridge, Quade core, 3.3 ghz

Vid Card- Gforce GTX 560 Ti

Mem- Corsair Vengence 8 Gb, (4x2), DDR3

Yes that will all work. Just a question though, have you got the rest of your build sorted?

Thanks for your reply. The other items that are already in the computer and will make use of are:

PSU- 750W PC Power, dual SLI compatible

Case- Cool master HAF 932

Sound card- 7.1 24 bit

Cooling- H20 Coolit Domino Liquid CPU cooler

Will have Win7 64

Personally I'd drop the Soundcard, unless you need any extra ports etc.
