Computer won't load.

Not really sure what is happening, my computer will go past the windows loading thing (I have vista) like itll show the bar then itll go black and stay that way. It can start in safe mode don't really know what is wrong with it. And the USB ports are acting weird, like not working in safe mode, and the lights wont light up on my keyboard or mouse but they still work while my computer is loading up.

Ok..... now it wont even get past the Motherboard screen like saying hit Delete for Setup. And it won't let me hit anything because the keyboard ports aren't working.

It sounds like you are using a usb keyboard and mouse. Do you have a keyboard with the standard PS/2 input. I would recommend trying to plug that into the back of your computer and see if you are able to be to the bois from there.
