Computer restarting at blue Welcome screen

This started happening to my computer after I updated System Mechanic and after the update, I had to restart for the update to be in effect. When Windows restarts, as it gets to the blue Welcome screen, the pc restarts over and over and won't load to the desktop. Any one have any ideas what to do? Thanks

Boot up in safe mode, if that works then run msconfig and stop sys mechanic from booting up with windows and it will be hasstle free hopefully. Then if it is reinstall or just remove system mechanic.
