Computer resetting itself...

If your computer keeps resetting like that, especially when playing games, it usually indicates a failing PSU. It seems strange because the card you are using doesn't consume a lot of power so it could be like k-pow suggested that the PSU is simply dieing on you.

When you say resets itself I have to think it's rebooting.
Have you checked the system logs? To get there do this>>>
start button in tray
control panel
performance and maintaince
adminastrative tools
event viewer
Now either application or system is going to have red x's where there is a problem that would cause a system error. Double click on any of those and see what it has to tell you.

There is a setting to stop the system from rebooting to let you see the error as in BSOD. But if it's the power supply or a device failing I doubt if you would get blue screened. Check the logs first.

This happend to me aswel.

u might wanna check out the transistors on ur Gphx Card.
if they blow ur computer can reset sometimes, or the card might shutoff during booting and stuff like that.

if that happens ull need to buy a new one.
lets hope not.
