Celegorm Site Team Staff member Messages 11,741 Location USA Dec 22, 2006 #22 a multi-meter, there are digital psu tester, just plug the plug in teh right spot on the tester, and it'll give u the volages. that, or plug in a known working psu and see if that fixes their problem. if it does, sell them a new one, and charge for install.
