I have an AMD 3200, and Im looking to upgrade to a AMD 3700.
Would I have to change out the motherboard and other things so the AMD 3700 chip can work or do I just swap the chips then i am do fine?

what level is the 3200+ on, a 754 based motherboard or a 939 pin motherboard? If it is based on the 939 motherboard, you can upgrade, otherwise, you cannot unless you go with an OLD 754 3700+ based on the NewCastle core. However, the new SanDiego based 3700+ will require a BIOS flash, which is SIMPLE to do nowadays.
