My computer is equipped with a TP45E Biostar motherboard (1600 FSB & PCI express 2.0 16x), 800 Mhz DDR2 RAM, a Geforce GTS OC 250 and a 3.16 Ghz Core 2 Duo CPU. I previously was using an HD 4670 ATI graphics card, and I seem to be achieving the same performance despite the graphics card upgrade. I am running Windows Vista. Is it possible that one of these components is holding the system back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the games you were running before were running at over 60fps, you probably won't notice a difference. Take a benchmark test using both video cards, and see the results.
