Computer On Tv.

i got a tv and was woundering if i could put my computer through it.

i have a geforce fx5500 with tv out.

and i was woundering if i bought an s-video cable. and plugged it into my pc and tv it would work good.

this is my new tv.

i want to know if this will workk and run good resolution so i can get rid of my monitor. and to play like cs on. let me know

Seems, like it's a s-video input, so if your tv has an s-video input, go for it.

will it be clear? its not svid- to svid its svid to video jack.

S-video to a/v jack? How are you pulling that off? The Video Comes through the multi prong cable. The one on the left in the picture.

Ah, well, I couldn't see that much , yeah it should work fine then, try it out on any tv in your house.

The cable you put up there's an audio cable...

But I'm surprised an S-Video to S-Video cable didn't come with your graphics card if it has that output. Mine did... or one of mine did. I can't remember if the one I have now came with it or it was my older one. Anywho, it should work. However, it probably won't look very good because of resolution differences. I don't know though, if you have all the materials needed then go for it and let us know how it turns out. I've thought of doing the same thing myself!
