Computer lag after game PLZ HELP

For who ever is reading this thanks, im not good with knowing whats best for my computer, but anyway, my "mom" and "sister" like to play "Sims2 University" and it sucks because ever time there done the computer goes so slow that i have to shutdown the computer manually, but during the game theres no lag what so ever so if someone could help please do these are all i could find about my computer mods|

Increase your RAM memory. That happens after any intensive game pretty much with 512MB. You need at least 1GB to get around that. With newer games such as Battlefield 2, you even get that effect with 1GB.

When ever i play diablo and log of or starcraft it never does that just with sims

Maybe the Sims is heavy on reasources, I don't know. To upgrade your RAM you need to buy another stick to go in your computer.

Also you may have other processes running that are taking up your memory, like spyware.

i agree with m3trj u should get more ram it may not just only ur problem and make the game load a bit faster, the sims game are heavy on the resources

Sometimes fragmented data from a game or application will remain in your system memory even after you've closed the application. In this case the PC needs to be restarted or you can use a utility like this to release or flush out that data...
