hmm, ok.. what that above is what I wanted/thought before, it is really close to what I've finally ordered.
my new computer :D
I've only ordered it, I can change the specifications until May 7th so if you have any suggestions please tell me, thanks alot!

hdd: Western Digita 80GB - 7200RPM IDE 8MB
cdrw: Plextor 48x24x48
flo: 1.44MB 3.5"
os: Windows XP pro
vid: ATI Radeon 9700 128MB DDR +TVout AGP8
IntellI Explorer Optical Mouse

it cost more cause it's expensive in my country (don't really care). total sum: 1736$
 
The SiS 648 chipset has some issues with Radeon 9500/9600/9700/9800 cards so as I've heard, but for compatibility purposes, you may probably want to settle for the P4PE, that is, if you can live without the extras (e.g. AGP 8x, unofficial DDR400 support, etc.)
