To control the RGB lighting I have icue, the motherboard control in BIOS and the software for the graphics card.

Is there any way to make it to where the colors and speed all sync together?

Nope. Welcome to the modern world of RGB, and why I don't mess with it. Technically there is SignalRGB and OpenRGB but they aren't perfect and don't work with everything. Microsoft does have in their insider preview a Windows based RGB controller.

Well if they actually do this standardized RGB thing through Windows it'll be the best thing they've done in a looong time.

An update. The PC has been running great and I am well satisfied with it.
