Complete advice on new build

Hi all,

Im out of touch with the HW spec these days..

I want to build a new gaming PC to support Star Citizen, can anyone recommend a build? budget around $1500 , or if you think that wont cover the build let me know

Only thing is a must, is it has to also support triple monitors
