Compatability check and your thoughts

Hi, I'm doing an upgrade for a pc and ordering these components:

Quad Core Phenom:

Can someone just check (so I have piece of mind) that they'll all be worky together and any thoughts about the upgrade

that RAM wont work with the motherboard, the motherboard only takes DDR3 RAM and you chose DDR2 RAM.
